BUILDING A BETTER FAIR GALA

We're hosting our very first Building a Better Fair Gala—an evening dedicated to coming together as a community to help shape the future of our fairgrounds.

The purpose of this event is simple but meaningful: to raise funds for much-needed capital improvements for building structures. This will benefit exhibitors, volunteers, and fairgoers for years to come. This is more than just a fundraiser—it’s an opportunity to build something long-lasting together.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Get ready for a fun and meaningful night out featuring:

• Dinner and Drinks — Relax and enjoy a delicious meal of ** and enjoy a few fair-themed drinks.

• Raffles & Auctions — Bid on or win exciting items, baskets, and experiences donated by the generous local businesses and individuals. From homemade goods and themed baskets to getaways, gift cards, and much more! You can expect to see other raffles, such as gun raffles, gift card raffles, and your chance to win some cash with our 50/50 raffle. Bid, Play, and win — all for a better fair!

• Community & Connection — Converse with fellow supporters and the fairboard itself and learn why your support is helping make lasting improvements to our fairgrounds. 

• All for a Great Cause — Every dollar raised from this event will go directly towards improving building structures and other ground improvements that will benefit our exhibitors, families, and the community.
